Our commitment to your satisfaction is our top priority. Enjoy a flexible 14-day or 250 miles return/reject policy from the moment your item is received. Take this time to thoroughly evaluate your purchase and decide on a return or exchange with ease, without any extensive inquiries.
Easy Return and Exchange Process:
To start a return or exchange, simply notify us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receiving your item. The purchase date is considered Day 0.
Return Conditions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for assets that are modified, involved in accidents, damaged, or altered from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are not eligible for return.
